Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of TuneCube ("TuneCube", "we", "us"), operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or purchasing a tile you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

TuneCube is an interactive promotional grid for music artists. Artists purchase grid tiles to display their profile and music to visitors and A&R users. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Artists must select a valid genre and complete profile onboarding before checkout.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Tiles, pricing and subscriptions

• Standard tiles are billed at £0.99 per tile per month; premium centre and corner tiles at £2.99 per tile per month, unless a promotional offer applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can add more tiles to an existing subscription; purchased tile positions are otherwise fixed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Cancellation and tile release

• You can cancel at any time from your billing panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry before we take action. Tiles enter a grace period and are released if payment is not recovered.
• Released tiles become available for other artists to purchase.

5. Free trials and promotions

Promotional offers (such as the launch cohort of three free months for the first 20 artists) apply to standard Starter (1×1) tiles only, one claim per artist, and are allocated at random. Larger blocks and premium tiles remain paid. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

6. Your content

• You retain ownership of the photos, audio, links and text you upload.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on TuneCube for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
• You must only upload content you own or have permission to use, and it must not be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or offensive.
• All free-text and uploaded content is subject to automated and human moderation. We may block, hide, or remove content, and suspend accounts, that breach these terms.

7. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated grid purchasing, or attempts to exploit tile allocation.
• No interfering with the service, other users, or the Daily Superstar mechanic.
• No impersonation of other artists, agents, or labels.

8. Daily Superstar and stats

The Daily Superstar is selected at random from eligible tiles; artists with an active subscription of three months or longer receive double odds. Click and view statistics are provided for information only and are not guaranteed to be error-free.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
